Built in 1986, The Colonnade on Grange Road looks futuristic with the interlocking units all stack atop one another. Inspired by a design made for the unbuilt Graphic Arts Center of Manhattan by the architect, Paul Rudolph, this condominium fulfilled the ideas and visual intricacies for the former building. Taking in mind the abundance of light in the area, the design was made to embrace the sunlight and hence birthed the beautiful layouts of spaces in the units.
